PROSPECT RULES:
1. MUST do everything a patched member says. (If you're told to start running you must start until you're told to stop) Failure to do this will result in disciplinary action.
2. Must be active.
3. Must show respect to other members. Either salute or bro love action.
4. Must complete challenges before getting patched in. A patched member and/or Officer must be present to witness the challenges. Once your one week is up you'll receive your challenges and the requirements.
5. Must ride in the back of the formation during rides.
6. Must park next to the last patched member's bike.
7. Must stand guard with an AR when other members are off their bikes out in the open.
8. When in the clubhouse and we're at the table, prospects must stand in the back next to the American flag or other designated areas.
9. No helmets or masks will be worn in the table room.
10. Must add every member's gamer tag on the hierarchy list.
11. No prospect at any time will touch another prospect or members bike. Unless they are told by another member to pick it up. That means no getting on it and hiding it, riding it unless you have permission from the owner or unless an officer tells you.
12. No back talking. If a member or officer tells you to stop and you don't see rule number one.
13. MUST have a Rockstar Social Club account or get one.
14. Must have discord.
Clothing and bike:
15. Must ride a matte Red bagger WITH saddle bags NO customization including bullet proof tires, engine upgrades or even headlights will be done to it. Just a complete stock bagger.
16. Must wear a denim cut. (Number 58-61)
17. Must wear a beige T-shirt.

18. Prospect patch must always be worn.

Rule book
1. Patches must be worn. (Prospect and full patch)
2. Crew killing is ok to an extent. If everyone is messing around then fine, and your shot at first then you can retaliate (if it was an accident then you're allowed to get a free kill on the person that killed you and it'll be the end of it. )however if you're told to stop then it ends. If it becomes a problem then a no crew killing will be in place and offenders will be punished.
3. Bikes will be driven by the owner unless given permission.
4. You must wear the correct clothing. Prospects it's in the rules. patched members with a red shirt and whatever cut you'd like.
5. Bikes are our official vehicle. (We are an MC.) However during money-making missions ONLY you can use whatever vehicle you wish due to time limits.
6. Weapon wheel is limited. we are a 1% crew.
however, I like to be as realistic as possible so if it's just AOC in a lobby I don't care what weapon you use. But if we're in a lobby doing a takeover or possibly lobby recruitment then weapons will be limited to, pistols, AR, shotguns, and if called for a sniper rifle. With that being said if an oppressor, RPG, etc is used against you then the highest officer or patched member may authorize either an open weapon wheel or open weaponized vehicles. (Either till that person leaves you alone or till they leave the lobby)
7. Blowing up random player cars. This really isn't a rule but a suggestion. I don't wanna see anyone end up in bad sport lobbies.
8. Language: We're all adults here. Joking around is ok. No derogatory name-calling. That's unacceptable and you'll be punished. Depending on the severity of it you could be removed without a vote.
Chat thread rules
Welcome: will be locked. It'll be for record-keeping only of who comes in and when.
Officers: Offical club business only. Such as bringing in new officers, opening an additional charter(s), website content, etc.
Patched members: asking who is on, when you'll be on, talking about the mc related things in general, making money, organizing a ride etc.
Votes: Either to promote or remove prospects or in very rare case patched members, start or end an
alliance, put someone on the KOS list.
Prospects: asking who is on, when you'll be on, talking about the mc related things in general, making money, organizing a ride etc.
Other games: Games that you play that isn't connected to GTA. Call if duty, Red dead redemption etc.
Applications: this only affects officers. This will be for receiving new potential prospects and to discuss to bring them in or not.
Kill on sight: This is for viewing whom to look out for. If you need someone put on please put it up for a vote and state the reason.
Non-mc related bullshit: Talking about work, your favorite music, things of that nature will be posted here.
